Bernice Le Cornu Cantrill - Pewterworks
Bernice’s craft involves working with pewter in its many different formats which include casting, etching and working with sheet pewter.
Designing original patterns to create unique pieces of jewellery and objet d’art fuels her desire to make something special for everyone.
She takes commissions for bespoke work and personalised pieces with weddings and special occasions catered for.
Pewter is considered a valuable metal in its own right, it does not tarnish and keeps the polished finish it has when purchased. Bernice uses a very high grade alloy - lead free and tin rich.
She has her PewterWorks Studio in The Shambles within Bewdley Museum, keeping alive the pewter trade which has existed in Bewdley since the 17th Century.
Casting and Etching Courses are available.
