Enamelled festive decorations
Sunday 6 December, 9.30am and 1.30pm
Cost: £40
A fun, half day workshop making special decorations to adorn your Christmas Tree or give as a present, by enamelling copper shapes. Your tutor will take you through each stage of the enamelling process to make your decorations, cleaning and preparing the copper shapes, sifting enamel powders, applying your own design with stencils, ink pads or applying decorative media before firing in the kiln.
Refreshments and all equipment included. Please note that under 16’s must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Ann Jones, from RAJ Enamels, has been creating wonderful enamel designs from her workshop nestled in the South Shropshire countryside since 2012. What began as a personal creative journey into the ancient craft of enamelling quickly grew into a passion she now shares with others through her popular workshops. A proud member of the Guild of Enamellers, Ann is constantly inspired by her surroundings—drawing influence from nature, abstract design, and the elegance of Art Deco.
